I love to work on these projects because each one is a unique piece of art. Please note, however, that I do not specialize in Faux (clouds on the ceiling, sponge painting, etc.).

Please take a look at just a few of the projects I have done in the past.

Heather’s Wall

This was a fun project! Heather was told by other muralists that she had to pick one quote. Because she is a writer, she had a difficult time deciding. When I heard of her dilemma, I said, “Why not use all of them?” I used all of the leftover paint from the different rooms in the house along with black and off-white and came up with this design. This wall is the entry to her home and leads to every section of the house.

Kristen’s Kitchen

I took some pieces of pottery that Kristen loved and used in her kitchen and duplicated the effect on the soffet between the kitchen and family room. There was also another painting over her stove of part of the decorative ceramic. The family selected this quote as it is a favorite verse for them.

Tracy’s Kitchen

Tracy wanted her family to have this daily reminder at every meal. As you can see, even a quote with no decorative flourish has an interesting effect. This is what they were going for in their historic home.

Kids Rooms

Kids rooms are so much fun! Give me a theme and look what we can come up with!

Rob’s room – Cowboy

Emma’s room – American Girl Cafe

If you live in the Fox Valley area and are interested in a quote for your project, please email me at shesalulu@mchsi.com or send me your information on the contact us page.  I would be happy to meet with you and give you an estimate.
